Stage 2 of 6: Register your search
Tell us the homes, areas and budget you're looking for, and we'll contact you when something suitable comes up.

Stage 3 of 6: Viewings
Book viewings with our team and ask us anything about the property and the local area.

Stage 4 of 6: Making an offer
We put your offer to the seller and may ask for proof of funds or your mortgage agreement.

Stage 5 of 6: Sales progression
Once your offer is accepted (SSTC), we keep in touch with solicitors, lenders and any chain, and keep you updated.

Stage 6 of 6: Completion & keys
Contracts are exchanged, the sale completes and you collect your keys.
